Love the staff and breakfast!
I can't say nothing good about staying at this hotel Claire Eliza and Mudge have given spectacular customer service looking after every need really treated like a five-star hotel customer service is absolutely top.norch! they made our experience really really good we had to deal with a couple different controversial issues with our bookings but they made it all smooth and made us feel like VIP gas I highly recommend this place the breakfast is great the staff is friendly and you should come

Exceptional Experience at Always Niseko
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Always Niseko, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The rooms were impeccably clean (shout out to Mina) and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings of Niseko. “Outstanding stay, very enjoyable and would book again.”
The breakfast was fantastic and the perfect way to start a day of skiing. You are welcome to enough coffee and food as you desire before hitting the slopes. Also, the menu changes from day to day so it keeps it fresh. The staff is very kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist you with your stay or provide helpful information about travel to other parts of Japan. Although the location is about a 20 min walk from the main base area there are many shuttles and buses available for transport. 10/10 would book again.
The washer/dryer wasn’t such a great dryer. That was probably my own fault as I may have put in too many clothes.

“Awesome stay here.”
Close to town and shopping. 15 min walk or catch a ride into town or the mountain on one of the transfer buses offered by Always Niseko. The restaurant downstairs has awesome food and the breakfast included was exactly what we needed before hitting the slopes. Definitely recommend this place.
